The MySenior Quarterly Subscription Policy is designed to offer the best value for our customers.
When you purchase a MySenior Subscription Plan you can expect to be billed on your purchase date and every 3 months afterwards.
Our boxes will be delivered to your loved one every season. Please see the helpful charts below for the Summer 2022 subscription schedule and the Spring 2022 subscription schedule.
Offer applicable in all Provinces except Quebec at this time.
Our subscriptions automatically renew for your convenience, however, you may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle by contacting MySenior Support at email@example.com
What's the difference between a one-time purchase & a quarterly subscription?
When you purchase your MySenior box one-time, you can expect your special person to receive their box for the 1 season. Alternatively, the quarterly subscription will send gifts each season and you can expect to be billed every 3 months.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Once you place your order, you will be sent an order confirmation email. Once your box is shipped for the season, you will receive the tracking number and can easily track your package. You will be notified once your package arrives at its destination.
Can I purchase multiple boxes for different people in my family?
Yes. You can purchase as many boxes or subscriptions as you like, while quantities are available. Simple ensure you are completing your purchases separately. IE: one purchase per recipient.

Every box is designed to feature a combination of local & necessity items for your loved one that match the seasonal need. We are continuously connecting with Senior care homes and residents to keep current on items & ideas Seniors value most.
